FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES ONLY
1. The Shell Factory & Nature Park does not permit food
or beverages that are prepared or purchased from outside the
Park, with the exception of birthday cakes.
2. Due to limited storage capacity, The Shell Factory &
Nature Park requests that all birthday cakes be brought on the
day and at the time of the scheduled birthday party.
3. The Shell Factory & Nature Park requires a minimum
of (15) guests to purchase a Birthday Party Package and
reserve a party area. Based on the availability and limited
size of our party rooms, we ask that you indicate, as
accurately as possible, the number of children invited to the
party. This will ensure we reserve a large enough room or
table area for your party.
4. Based on the limited party space, The Shell Factory
& Nature Park requires that you pay for the number of
children reserved in the party. If the number of children in
your party changes, you must notify our reservation office up
to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the party's scheduled date
or you will be required to pay for the number of children
originally reserved in the party.
5. The Shell Factory & Nature Park allows up to two and
one-half (2 1/2) hours in the birthday area. After the two and
one-half (2 1/2) hours, you are welcome to stay in the Park
and enjoy the rides, games and attractions; however, we will
need the party area for the next party reservation.
6. You may bring your own birthday party decorations such
as plates, napkins, and tablecloths; however, this will not
change the price of your party package.
7. You have three days after making the reservation to pay
the deposit. After the three-day waiting period, a deposit
will be required to hold the reservation or it will cancel in
the system. A 72-hour advance notice of cancellation is
required to receive a refund on your deposit. If you do not
cancel before the 72-hour limit, you forfeit your birthday
party deposit.
8. The Shell Factory & Nature Park accepts the
following for deposits and payments: a 50% cash deposit and
the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and Master
Card. Personal checks are also accepted with proper
identification.
9. At the conclusion of your party, we would like you to
fill out a survey. We ask that you return the survey to your
party helper at the end of your party. This will help us to do
a better job in meeting your needs in the future.
The Shell Factory & Nature Park wants to ensure a
fun-filled and stress-free party experience, so we require the
following documents at the time of your event: your party
reservation confirmation form (with the deposit receipt
attached) and this contract. Please present these forms to
your party host or hostess at the time of the event.
I have read, discussed and agree to the above rules.
By signature or indication of the last four digits of your
social security number, the parties agree that this instrument
constitutes the complete and binding agreement between them
and further, that this instrument may not be changed, modified
or altered except by mutual agreement in writing. Should a
conflict arise, this agreement shall be construed under the
laws of the State of Florida. |
